Kathy Desmond is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 20 years experience in the corporate world and as a consultant. Kathy’s flexibility has enabled her to work in a variety of industries, including energy, consumer products, banking, and catalog retail, with clients such as Adoption Learning Partners, Honeywell, Siemens, CompTIA, Conseco Insurance, National Safety Council, Kraft Foods, and McDonald’s. Prior to her consulting experience, Kathy held leadership and Human Resources positions at Kraft Foods and at BP, holding key positions of National Training Director and Corporate Training Manager for North America.

Kathy possesses a wide array of professional experiences within Human Resources and Leadership Development. She has also led major initiatives in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Learning & Development projects. A core component of her consulting experience includes customized instructional design.
