Shelley has extensive experience which ranges from the non-profit, printing, academia, food, and human services industries. She discovered that the one common thread between her various industry experience was her passion for working with and helping people find and develop their strengths. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Sociology and a Masters in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources both from Northwest Missouri State University. She plans to start her Doctorate in Organizational Development in the fall at Benedictine University.
Shelley and Rob, her husband of 30 years lives in the far west suburbs of Chicago with their two dogs, Toby and Howie. They have two adult children and four grandchildren. In her free time, Shelley is an amateur photographer of both nature and animals. She also loves to travel, hike and read. She can be reached at 630-460-8884.
