Ken Driscoll is an accomplished, human resources leader with more than 25 years of experience offering deep and broad experience across nearly all areas of HR, including talent management, leadership development, learning, and organizational effectiveness.
Ken brings deep real-world experience to his coaching and consulting work, having spent his career supporting leaders as they navigate complex people and organizational challenges. He partners with leaders as a trusted thinking partner, helping them gain clarity, strengthen judgment, and move forward with confidence in situations where the path is rarely straightforward. Having worked in diverse industries including healthcare, higher education, heavy manufacturing, and engineering has given him a broad perspective and the ability to connect with a wide range of leaders.
Ken has created and led enterprise initiatives including high-potential development programs, succession planning processes, performance management, and onboarding processes, working across levels from frontline supervisors to executives. A skilled facilitator, he has delivered numerous sessions on leadership, team effectiveness, and culture.
Most recently Ken worked for Adtalem Global Education where he led Talent Management and prior to that, he was responsible for leading the Human Resources team for Chamberlain University. He is also an Adjunct Faculty member for the College of DuPage, where he teaches courses to aspiring HR professionals in the HR Certificate program.

- Development and implementation of programs designed to build leadership capability from supervisors through senior director levels.
- Certified practitioner of a number of assessments including MBTI (Step I & II), Thomas-Kilman Conflict Mode Instrument, Forte Communication Style Assessment, Benchmarks 360 (Center for Creative Leadership), EQ-I 2.0.
Education And Professional Associations
Ken holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois. He is a founding member of the Talent Management Executive Consortium, an organization that facilitates high-impact exchanges with industry experts and peers and focuses on collective problem-solving for complex talent management issues.
Ken is also Board president for the Colts Youth Organization, a non-profit group that uses music to help youth discover their potential and how to succeed in life.
