Regina’s career in higher education includes leadership roles at the University of North Texas, Northern Illinois University, West Virginia University, and DeVry University. She has served in a plethora of leadership roles from Women’s Basketball Recruiting Coordinator, Academic Dean, Campus Dean, and Regional Dean. She hired, developed, and managed leaders across campuses in California, Florida, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. As Dean of Business Administration, she led the School of Business Administration through extensive growth from 125 students to 800 students (540% increase). She worked with numerous accreditations- Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges and Higher Learning Commission accreditation.

Regina earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration degree and Master of Education from the University of North Texas, and Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. She also earned the Wainwright Coaching Certification, the 360 Leadership Assessment Certification from the Center for Creative Leadership, and the Forte’ Communication Certification from The Forte’s Institute.
Regina is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated where she has held numerous leadership positions at the local, regional, and international level. She is also a member of the Links, Incorporated and has held numerous leadership positions at the local level. She has served on numerous non-profit boards in leadership positions, such as board President and leading capital campaigns.
