Regina provides executive coaching to help leaders effectively lead in the 21st century and beyond. Regina employs 360-degree feedback to customize strategy to develop and strengthen the leaders’ effectiveness to lead. In addition, Regina provides tools and resources to assist leaders in navigating through the many challenges and changes leaders face in their daily operations of directing their teams, divisions, departments, and the organization. Regina, through her one-on-one Executive Coaching, has successfully expanded leaders’ capacity while elevating the leaders’ leadership effectiveness.
Regina is a highly sought out speaker and renowned throughout the country as a prolific and transformative lecturer, keynote and public speaker. She has shared the platform with former NFL Coach the late Tom Landry, and former Chicago Bears Coach Mike Ditka, to name a few. She has an impeccable ability to connect with her audience and leave them inspired and challenged. In addition, she has spoken at college commencement ceremonies-corporate and non-profit events.
Experience and Expertise
Regina has extensive experience as a higher education administrator. Regina’s career in higher education includes leadership roles at the University of North Texas, Northern Illinois University, West Virginia University, and DeVry University. She has served in a plethora of leadership roles from Women’s Basketball Recruiting Coordinator, Academic Dean, Campus Dean, and Regional Dean. She hired, developed, and managed leaders across campuses in California, Florida, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. As Dean of Business Administration, she led the School of Business Administration through extensive growth from 125 students to 800 students (540% increase). She worked with numerous accreditations- Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges and Higher Learning Commission accreditation.

Education and Professional Associations
Regina earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration degree and Master of Education from the University of North Texas, and Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. She also earned the Wainwright Coaching Certification, the 360 Leadership Assessment Certification from the Center for Creative Leadership, and the Forte’ Communication Certification from The Forte’s Institute.
Regina is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated where she has held numerous leadership positions at the local, regional, and international level. She is also a member of the Links, Incorporated and has held numerous leadership positions at the local level. She has served on numerous non-profit boards in leadership positions, such as board President and leading capital campaigns. She currently serves on the Nicholtown Child and Family Collaborative Board.
