Jeffrey’s dynamic approach to personal development and change is demonstrated in his 20+ years as a global facilitator, coach and consultant. As an experienced leader, he applies his personal experiences in working with both Corporate America and non-profit organizations. He works with leaders to affect personal and professional change within themselves, their leadership and their organizations. Jeffrey has worked with all levels of leadership ranging from senior level executives to front-line supervisors. One of his unique attributes is his recognized knowledge and understanding of generational differences within today’s workplace and leadership styles.

Experience and Expertise

In addition to his 17 years with United Airlines, Jeffrey has supported a range of industries including the automotive, banking, customer service, health care, government, hospitality, pharmaceutical, education-college/university, hospitality, pharmaceutical, and technology sectors. His international experience spans the globe and includes team training, leadership coaching, and customer service training in Canada, Europe, Asia, India, Mexico, South America, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE–‐Abu Dhabi). He has managed large-scale leadership, change and customer service initiatives.  Jeffrey’s key areas of expertise include:

  • Executive coaching and facilitating leadership skills training for all levels of leadership
  • Team building to improve individual and team performance, processes, and results
  • Aligning generational differences to improve teamwork and communication
  • Designing interactive seminars and learning activities to improve performance and accountability
  • Dynamic and interactive presentation and facilitation skills

Jeffrey’s has additional experience in corporate culture change, start-up and launch of global products and initiatives, as well as continuous improvement processes. He has provided formal and informal executive coaching and change management work with Fortune 500, mid-size, and small businesses including union and non-union workforces.
