Laura Jozwiak is an accomplished leader in fleet management and client experience, with over 30 years of proven success in driving organizational growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and achieving operational excellence. With deep expertise in strategic leadership, she has helped organizations transform their client relationships and achieve sustained business results through collaborative, data-driven solutions that deliver value today while building a vision for the future.

With expertise in client experience strategy, business development, and change management, Laura has led significant initiatives, including guiding clients and teams through the successful merger of three major fleet management companies and scaling Wheels from $3 billion to $10 billion, with 1 million vehicles across North America.

Using innovative approaches and proven methodologies, she has helped organizations and their leaders improve performance, increase efficiency, and drive loyalty.  Laura is also a passionate advocate for purpose-driven leadership and equitable education. She serves on the Board of Directors for Intrinsic Schools, where she contributes to advancing access to high-quality education in Chicago. Her leadership philosophy centers on empowering others to succeed through collaborative partnerships and strategic insight.

She has held key senior leadership positions at Wheels, Inc. and EMKAY Fleet Management, progressing through roles of increasing responsibility over three decades. As Chief Client Officer at Wheels, she led comprehensive strategies encompassing client management, account relations, analytics, strategic programs, international strategy, and partnering with executive teams on key initiatives that enhance client value, strengthen operations, and drive growth.

Education and Professional Associations

Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Western Governors University. She has also completed coursework in Russian at the University of Illinois-Chicago.
