Michaleen “Micki” K. Lewis has partnered with hundreds of leaders in diverse work environments across North America for over 15 years. Lewis builds long-standing ties with leaders by co-creating customized frameworks and initiatives ensuring positive leader and organizational results.
Experience and Expertise
Prior to her affiliation with The Executive Edge®, Micki gained valuable experience while working for LINKAGE, Inc. a Global Leadership Development Organization based out of Boston. Micki was able to work alongside global leadership OD thought leaders like Warren Bennis (Leader Development), Marshall Goldsmith (Coaching) and William Bridges (Change).
During that time Ms. Lewis also was President of ATD – Chicago, one of the largest Talent Development Association Chapters in the world. Besides recruiting her Board Team of 22, together, the team reignited the organization, reviving the membership by >30%, turning it around to be financially secure for the first time in six years
Working both internally and externally as a Managing Director, Sr. Organizational Effectiveness and OD Consultant, Project Leader and Business Developer, Lewis began her career in the lab, managed departments then moved into sales and marketing for a global healthcare medical device organization. Lewis then transitioned into numerous diverse industries for her work completing Strategic Organizational Development | Effectiveness | Coaching initiatives – always building people and organizations along the way.

Micki was born and raised in the Chicagoland area and lives in the Western Suburbs of Chicago with her husband and their 2 rescued Senior Beagles. She enjoys swimming her mile-long laps, biking and walking their dogs and just recently… joined a Pickleball League!
